Power Drawbar for round column Mill/Drill (belleville washer type)

Hi, I am using a round column mill/drill and Tormach's TTS. I would love to incorporate a power drawbar that uses the bellville springs to power it instead of of an impact wrench.

What I don't know if it is even possible since it uses a quill which might move under the pressure, other than that I can make just about anything. I have never seen this done (only impact style) on a mill/drill, and I have googled it, looked through tons of threads and found nothing.

Does anyone know if it is possible. The only reason I don't want to use an impact is I foresee it undoing the tormach collet completely causing it to drop out with my tool and I don't want that. So unless someone has figured out a way to keep the drawbar from coming out all the way I think I would not like that method.

How about a Manual Auto Drawbar?
I've had a few people tell me they adapted this to their round column mills with success.

I saw your MAD but alas with the way my machine has been CNC'ed (microkinetics) I would not be able to do that since all the Z in in the quill during programs and during tool change cycles I would not be able to move it into the upwards position. Looks like it might be an impact style for me at this point and hope to learn how to release the air to not fully unscrew the collet.
