    Cannot select individual edges to create entity.

    I make a solid model in SolidWorks 2010 then open it into EdgeCam 2012 and for some reason I am not able to create any single entities. The cursor will not highlight any line or poly line on the model. I have no clue why? Yet when I use the entity finder it will create entities.

    I don't want to be confined to just Entity finder. I want to be able to select individual items so I can control my processes.

    Can anyone help? Is this a EdgeCam problem or SolidWorks problem?

    Hi
    Old post, so I don't know if you've resolved your problem, but I'm guessing you have an ATI graphics card, I had the exact same problem. Worked fine as long as i ran the card with native windows drivers,but wouldn't detect lines with WHQL or beta drivers. I personally changed to a nvidia card.
