I am getting ready to begin my procurements for my new adventures into machining. I have simple "home tools" as I would call them but wanted to get some advice on what else I need. I am planning on get a G0704 and converting to CNC then installing ball screws and adding a 4th axis down the road. What I am looking for right now is; What do I need to buy with my initial purchase?

Phase 1:
G0704 Mill from Grizzly
Hoss's DVD - I've read so many great things about it
Vice / Hold down sets (recommendations welcome)
Mill tools/cutters (recommendations welcome)
HSS Drill bit sets (more recommendations needed)
Gauges? Please keep in mind I will be CNCing as soon as possible
Or anything else I missed.

Phase 2+:
CNC Parts; balls screws; 4th axis

I will not be producing products for sale/production for quite some time to come if ever at all. I expect most of the part that I develop to be small (less than 6"). Being this is not for production I need cost effective parts/tool.

My initial budget for extras is probably in the $300-$500 dollar range, only focuses on phase 1 and excludes the cost of the Mill and DVD.

Your advice is greatly appreciated as I'm gearing up for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
