i have 2 parts i need quoted, material must be 4140 or a2 tool steel, 1 pc is 0.975 x 0.984 x 2.875 and the other is 0.340 x 2.650 . the mill part is +/-.005 with the exception of the counterbore which is +.002/-.001. the lathe part is +/-0.003 on diameters and +/-.010 on length. These parts MUST fit together with ease and move freely. im open to small changes to the design and im not in a hurry to get this done, i will only award the job to people in the usa, no china crap! i have the 3d model in .mcx(x4) and .sldprt (solidworks) i dont have it dimensioned on the 3d models so basically make it to the model. any dimensions i have put in a .xps file. it is not letting me upload them since its an "unknown file type" message me with your e-mail address and ill send them to you.
