    Best 1mm router cutter?

    Can anyone point me to a good supplier? I am looking for the best 1mm router cutter for 3mm Birch ply.
    Looked at 2 flute straight but can only find 3mm.

    The other question I have is this, can anyone recommend the best feed rate?
    Ideally I would like to cut full depth in one pass to save time.

    Not sure if a 1mm cutter would be capable? Or if it is what would the feed rate need to be?

    Carbide plus on Ebay is your best bet.(also known as sparktech inc.) Doubt you can do a single pass in 1/8" though. Feeds and speeds depend on your max rpm and amount of runout. Runout kills small bits fast.

    Btw you would want a 2 flute up spiral bit with a flute length just over 1/8"
