I recently acquired a Makino RMC55 with 0M from a school. They said the battery went dead a few years back and they didn't have the original parameters. They had someone come in to get it running again. I have them backed up now, however I notice that the PMC parameters are all set on zero except for one. The PMC prams range from 10300 through 10399. The only bit not set on zero is 10355#6

What are PMC parameters doing and what would be not working if all set at zero?

the machine may have items defaulted to factory set conditions which may be ok in most cases. or the machine may have some things either turned off or not working. I don't think having all the PMC settings at 0 is correct. your only choice is to contact Makino or find someone with the same machine and get a copy of the parameters from it.

Thanks fordav11, I found someone with the same machine and he shared his parameters. I'll enter his PMC parameters and see what happens. :cheers:
