    Oil Chiller won't come on

I have a FANUC 18m controller with a DAIKIN oil chiller. The chiller has to start up before the system can finish start up. There is no error or alarm. The chiller is getting power through R, S, T and E. The PMC sends voltage signal to start the Chiller through OB14 and 130. What should the voltage be at 130 and OB14?
Note: the chiller is getting power and the fuses on the chiller board are intact and the green power light is on.
Any help on this would be a great help

    Alarm contacts

Based on the part of the print in the picture you can not tell what voltage the I/O is using. 24VDC is common. The print shows an normaly open fault contact, so what ever the I/O uses should be present across thos two points!

    Found the problem

Turns out that the cable connection was damaged by corrosion and after a good wire brushing it came alive,
i checked for 24v at the cooler and no joy, at the panel was 24v, and took apart the pin connector and found what looked like someone had dropped it into a bucket of acidic cleaner.
