Mach 3 and mill work great for everything except for step jogging. When I first set up everything, the step jogging worked, but it does not work now. Manual jogging works just fine all the time, but no step jogging on any axis in any direction for any amount of movement. I do my jogging with the Mach3 screen using the "Tab" key and all screen sets are stock.

I don't think I have changed anything in my configuration that should affect step jogging, but I must have done something. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

In the TAB screen there should be settings to fix that, what version of mach do you have?

Check "Jog Increments in Cycle Mode" page on general config page, and make sure it is not populated with zero's.

OK, this one falls into the gremlin group. Got home from work, started up the computer and mill control box and everything worked as it should. Did not touch a thing.

Check your grounds and shielding, do you have one point your grounds go to or multiple? You don't want a different potential between grounds.
