hi

the machine is VMC Victor V center 4 with Fanuc 10M,
there was a power failure while the machine was on and working, after the power got back I turn on the machine a everything look ok until I tried to run some of the programs, the machine can do a zero return, the mode switch is working also I can send and receive programs in the machine memory etc.

but when I tried to start a program the Cycle start button wont work!
i even tried in MDI mode
I inserted
S1000;
M3;
and tried on the soft panel button "START" and I get on the screen "HOLD" and the Cycle stop button lights red and the error led lights up also

any suggestion about what is wrong??? :drowning:

No error code is displayed?
Did you checked the status of the spindle amplifier?

Vladimir hello,
You must check in lader for reason why cycle does not start,
or check in diagnostics does tool is clamped , door closed e.t.c.

check ladder line corresponding G0.5 (*SP) signal. when all conditions are exist this signals becomes ON. also you may see it on diagnostics screen

problem solved it was the tool clamp sensor
