setting z depth of cut V25 3 axis pro

I want to machine both sides of my stock, have set up both side origins but when I set a tool path it goes to the total depth of the stock. I set a predefined depth but the simulation again goes to the total stock depth.

How did you set your depth, what tool path feature are you using? Can you post your file?

My guess is either you don t have your top of part set correctly or you haven't set the depth correctly.

If you are doing a 3d tool path you will have the option to set what z position to start cutting and stop cutting based on your model.

For 2d paths you have your top of part setting and your depth of cut.
