I'm trying to interface an old 1993 LNS Quickload
with a 2008 Puma 240B with Fanuc 21iT control.

All connected, but the control sends out "chuck open"
signal when it is closed.

Is there a way to reverse the output?
On when open, off when closed.

IIRC, the newer LNS units I've seen have a way to change the input for chuck open in the barfeed controller itself. I don't believe there's a way to change it in the Doosan. Do you have schematics for the bar feed?

They are at work. If the show stops, I'll be going to work.

From what I have been able to trace, the signal goes directly into the logic board.
Our "newer" 1996 model has a parameter option to switch chucking mode.

Figured it out.
Wired in a relay to reverse the signal.
