Grain finish SS (cant be timesaved)

We have a project at a sub contractor with a large number of weldments in which we need a Time-Saved finish on the sides. I am trying to help him get us the finish we want and I believe one way to get the job done could be an abrasive flap BELT. Anyone ever see a flab belt?

We need a grain finish all in one direction. Original prototypes were timesaved, but due to some issues this is no longer an option for the mid term (no timesaver now!) and he has a large number of assemblies already welded for First Article inspection. I know its a shame this happens.

Boy, I could swear I have seen a flap belt somewhere. We may be able to try a wheel.....hmmm.....ideas?
