it will compile with 'firstbasic' a shareware/freeware thing... Ive ran it in newer computers too, but usually in DOS.

Memoryman sent me a copy of his, its well written unlike the mess i wrote you might want to have him send you a copy of his, hes got a merging tool already written to unsplit 4 roms into one file, and wrote a version for pc- model B also... I'll learn a lot reading his, will make life easier next time i need to play around in basic, he knows his stuff for sure!

Mine just reads the merged hex code data...

Could this be a interlock problem? If you click the parameter buttons can you get into the diagnostic list and check what diagnostic 600-602 and 700-702 says and post back here? I don't have many parameter manual here bot one of those should give a clue about the problem I think. I'll check my manual when you post back the bits.
