    Improved splash guarding

    Hi,
Working on designs to improve the splash guarding for my 1100 PCNC. I am sure others have thought about this subject and maybe have built there own improvements. I have seen one video of a guy milling on a 4th axis machine in which you can see that he has basically enclosed the machine.
If you have ideas or pictures I would be happy to read your thought and see your ideas.
    Thanks

Please do! I wasn't the first to do it (I later find out), but it's dam easy and cheap.
Although the curtain is pretty stained. I need to put up a new set of curtains. I bought the cheap ones this time, we'll see if they work any worse.

I had this PVC pipe laying around from an old gardening project, so I used it. I got the idea from someone else on here, but I can't remember who...maybe they'll chime in. It's fully enclosed on the sides and back, and the front can go higher when needed, but I've found if I'm careful with how I direct my coolant, I have no problems.
