RF45 issue: spindle slow to reach max rpm

I have an RF45 that has developed a problem where in high gear (H3) it is slow (~2sec) to spin up to full rpm. This has only just started happening. It used to spin up to full speed almost immediately. It has been proposed that it might be the starter capacitor. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, and Yes. I replaced my start up caps almost immediately after starting machine use. The stock ones were good for maybe 1 hour of spindle time. I got some from Grainger and things were great from there out.

Thanks jid2! I got about 10hrs tops out of mine. I was making a supercharger mount and then on my final step of running some corner rounding it started playing up. I will replace the caps and go from there.
