    EIA on M+ control

    I can't get the mazak to read EIA programs. The machine does have the capabilities, but I can't seem to get it to recognize the file. I have tried to rename the file extensions as .EIA and .NC but nothing seems to work.

    Can anyone help me with this one?

    CHECK THE OPTIONS

    HEI FRIEND,,

    GO TO DIAGNOSTIC MODE AND CHECK THE OPTION SCREEN.

    EIA IS AN OPTION.IF IT IS INSTALLED YOU CAN SEE THE EIA OPTION WITH HIGHLIGHTED.

    he claims machine has the option
    he can't get the EIA to go over to memory maybe he can tell us how he is doing the transfer first
