    Tamagawa Encoder

    Hello Everyone,
I have a failed Tamagawa encoder.
    OAER FA-CODER
    OAER:5K-1X-3-8-108
    TYPE:TS5850 N60.
Can this be replaced with any other encoder as there is difficulty in getting it repaired.
    Thanks in advance
    Ganesh

Those encoders can be qualified and then deemed repairable or not. I think we paid about 1/2 what a new encoder costs.
