Proma THC works in test mode only

I have a Viper Plasma 3 x 3 table with gecko g540 drivers. My Plasma Unit is an Everlast PP60C with an A81 machine torch. I'm using corel draw 6 to create my DXF files and sheetcam and Mach 3 to process them. I'm having no luck getting the Proma THC contoller to work. Everything seems fine in test mode. The torch moves up and down........all the appropriate lights for arc ok, torch up and down come on. When I try to actually cut a part the torch moves to the first pierce point , fires and doesn't move. I have to either hit the torch button in Mach3 or my Estop to shut the torch off. I should mention I'm using Mach3 plasma pauses as my post processor in sheetcam. I'm wondering if this is my problem as the decription says it's for plasma without THC. I'm very new to the plasma cutting world any any help would be greatly appreciated.
