Is there a market for buying "used" Mach 3 Licenses? If so, where? Or is the cheepest way into Mach 3 to simply buy the license?

For what it costs and the capabilities that you get, why don't you just buy it? The people who run Artsoft have to eat too.

No, last time I checked.
From the Mach3 website:
Licenses are non-transferrable. This includes both as a standalone item, or as part of a machine sale. If licenses are being purchased on behalf of another party, please include the desired license name in the appropriate Comments field during checkout.
