Hi guys. Got a new machine and am trying to use the wizard function of DNC4U to get 232 data from HwaCheon/Fanuc18t. I used DNC4U wizard on my Haas VF3 and had data uploading and downloading in about 5 minutes but the HwaCheon is giving me fits.
I don't know the Fanuc controller well enough and I don't have a manual. I need the order of (Fanuc) key presses to down load a file into a laptop with DNC4U.
Also the order to upload.
During my testing I did get LSK to flash on the Fanuc but no data was received.
Any gurus to help me out? Thanks for the help guys.

To send program via RS232:

EDIT Mode
PROG Function Key
[OPRT]
[ > ]
[PUNCH]
Onnnn (program number to punch - if no Onnnn it will send the active program)
[EXEC]

To read program via RS232:

EDIT Mode
PROG Function Key
[OPRT]
[ > ]
[READ]
Onnnn (program number to save - if no Onnnn it will use the O number in the program)
[EXEC]
