Hello
We had just purchased this machine. I'm trying to type a warm up program in manually with format error. I am very familiar with Fanuc 0 and 6 programing and tried to start program the same like this :

O3016; then insert and it gives me a format error....
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Start in EDIT mode, then [PROG]-key.
Type O3016 [EOB][INSERT].
T0101 [INSERT] G99 [EOB][INSERT].

Thanks I got it to work !!
I had to NOT put the EOB after the program number..... I know strange but it worked. Now after it reads the program number in single block I get alarm 5010 ( End of Record ). The next line after the O3016 is:

G50 S2500
T0202
G0G40G99
X2. Z.1
etc...

Does the G50 mean something different for the 21T ? It means max speed for the 0T...
BTW: I have no books for the Fanuc 21 Control...

Ebay has lots of paper manuals for cheap. Search 21T.pdf on line and you will also find some.

Thanks guys for all your help. I will keep you posted. I have the machine running a warm-up in a constant loop now. Tomorrow I will install the bar feeder !!
