    Daewoo PUMA 200L Fanuca 21t, Clamp/Unclamp

    Hello,
I am having problems with the M69 and M68 codes.... I am trying to unclamp (M69), use a bar puller, then clamp (M68). As soon as I unclamp I get an alarm for ( 2060 Chuck UNCLAMP Status ). I even tried it in MDI with same results. Now the machine did come with a barfeeder that I do not have hooked up. It has a jumper wire where the barfeeder plug goes into the machine.... Is there an parameter thats turned on to give this alarm because of the barfeeder not hooked up ? If so any Ideas ?
    Thanks !!

    Hello,

Don't you have a "Spindle Interlock" M-code for your problem, maybe M31/M41? It could also be a parameter issue. I assume you have live-tools and you want to use G98 (mm/min) instead of G00 wich is to fast for bar-pull.
Look at your manuals if there is a proper code.

Thanks for the input ! Turns out I needed the door shut and in auto mode, NO single block. It will alarm out even if door is closed and in single block mode. Now it works great, Thanks !
