S.E. WI Mentor for prototype shop

We're in western Racine County. We've recently started a prototype shop to support our product development. We make small fluid manifolds for scientific research instruments, so we drill relatively small holes (1 mm). The material is rarely stainless. It's usually PEEK engineering plastic, sometimes aluminum.

We have a Haas Super Minimill from 2012. We are buying OneCNC. We have some tooling, etc.

Please respond if you're interested in working with us to guide us through the rough spots on the road to making parts.

This is a part time gig. Evenings are ok. Contact me through this forum.

    ONECNC

    Hi,

If you are a registered user of ONECNC you can access their Private Forum. I lot of guys there with plenty of knowledge about ONECNC programming and also guys there that use HAAS Machines. One of the guys their on the forum (WMS) made a special post with some additional features like multi level peck tapping if you have the RIGID TAPPING Macro option paid for and activated on your HAAS Machine. I am JC on the ONECNC private forum.

I also sent you a PM.
