    Fanuc 6T backlash compensation

I've got a Hitachi Seiki 4NE-600 with the Fanuc 6T control. There is about .005 worth of jump when switching from +Z to -Z motion. I'm assuming that the Z backlash # is wrong, but my manual describes the procedures and parameters for the 5T control.
Anyone know offhand which parameters are for the X and Z backlash?

    Thanks, CT

    Parameter 0535 = X axis
    Parameter 0536 = Y axis

Thanks, but, sorry - my 1980 6T control runs out of parameters at #0407. (Unless I am failing to enable something in order to see those parameters.) There's nothing like that in the procedure in my manual, though.

    Any other ideas out there?
