Dyna Myte 2000 - Need help figuring out the wiring!

Guys, I've recently gotten a Dyna Myte 2000 mill. Does anyone have the Dyna 2000 manual, specifically the wiring diagrams? I've found the 2400 manuals online but they do not match the 2000. Some people say on here say the 2000 is a 2400 without the coolant tray, that is definitely not correct.

When I got this mill it was not fully working. The motors would jog but that's about it, so I know the motors and drives work. I have experience building a cnc router and using Mach3 and LinuxCNC. Converting this over is my plan.

What is the correct voltage for the motors?
The Dyna 2400 manual states 24volts. I'm measuring 36volts for the motors and 5volts for the driver board power. There are 2 power supplies, a 24volt and 12volt. They are hooked up in series (+12v output going to the ground on the 24v power supply). This doesn't seem right to me. Attached is a photo of the electrical cabinet (minus the controller board) and a photo of how the power supplies are connected.

    Thanks!
