found this tool, only in England. Anyone else used anything to bevel and/or radius metal. just like a router, but to be done by hand on metal?

haven't found anything better than OK, and nothing great. I'm scared to drop $3000 on a European tool I haven't been able to put my hands on

I have seen those, the Acorn and the Heck brands seemed to come from the same manufacturer, and I actually got to demo the unitec one.
I was looking for something more aggressive, but not 40# like the ones that sit at an angle with a 8" diameter motor on them.
I even looked at this option seemed ok, I mean it's an air tool, can't be that bad right;

however you can only find them in Japan. pain in the rear
