Smile Milltronics Partner 04 Electrical schematic

Hello : I just purchased a Milltronics 04 series F centurian 1 at an Auction (about 18 years old) & in transit a few buttons on control panel where broken .
1.) I did not get a electrical manual with the machine & was wondering if anyone would have one to share or a source for one (As Milltronics wants alot for theirs).
2.)Can I put a usb Port on this instead of the floppy? & how?
3.)What are parameters & how many disks do they come on?

    Thanks for the help

    1. Which style Front Panel is on that machine? There are several possibilities. You may have asked Milltronics for the Operating and Programming manual which has a cost, you may be able to get just the electrical wiring diagram cheaper.

    2. No and yes. Search the interweb for FLOPPY DRIVE EMULATOR.

    3. The parameters provide the control software information about YOUR machine. You can request an e-mail with a copy of the 'as shipped' parameters from Milltronics service department or your local dealer.

Have you contacted the previous owner to see if he still has the manuals?

Thanks I will take a picture of it tomorrow & send it to you.
I have been in contact with them but they cannot not find them .
Do you know if Milltronics charges for the emailed version of the parameters?
Is an emulator the way to go or is the 232 or/floppy just fine ?

Thanks again I will send the pic tomorrow.

    go0869 USB

the C5/6/7 are DOS based controls. DOS does not directly support USB.
However, I do have a USB emulator that replaces the floppy drive.
My floppy to USb comes with a preformated USB drive that has 100 floppy sectors. Some of thes out there ( alot of them ae trash) only have one floppy sector per thumb drive.
I have different software that can be used for format and transfer files to / from the drive. one for 32 bit PC's and one for 64 bit PC's.
Also, if your control has a single board computer update or a hard drive. I have a utility that can take a "zipped" file load it into my USB drive, and then unzip it in the control. (tested up to 4.8Mb)

Other LCD, control repairs / updates and more is available. PM me for more info.
