With a Sinumerik 3 M I have a problem. Correct, that's an oldie...

Control didn't start anymore. Somebody has taken out serveral boards so all data was missing. There were some punch tapes so I could restore most of the data. Not all subprogramms are there but I copied L94-L97 from another Siemens 3M control. I hope that they are the right ones.

The only files that I can't get loaded in the control are the cycles / subprogramma L81-L99. I get an error 275 zyklus sperre = cycle lock.
In several manuals I see that the machine builder can lock this. You can unlock it with a key combination or with changing a parameter. Only I don't what it is. The machinebuilder should know, but he doesn't exist anymore so I can't ask him.

The machine is a Union Bielefeld type BF 400, millingmachine.

Anybody knows how to unlock the cycles so I can load them ?

You must unlock cycles. Press Reset and 0. Then load cycles.
