I, like many of you, have accumulated A LOT of TTS holders overtime and found effectively storing them to be a problem. Commercial tooling carts are overpriced IMHO, so I made one. The stock material is 8020, the shelves are 0.25in plexiglass, and the casters are from Harbor Freight. The joining plates and caster plates were machined on my mill as they are overpriced as well . It can hold 76 TTS tools in its current configuration and can hold even more by adding additional shelves. Next I'll be adding wrench hangers and other peripherals just because the cart has proven so useful with everything else.

When I had my shop, I had 2 machines and 75 CAT 40 tool holders.
