Bridgeport interact 412x, 2500b controller, positioning error when in a rapid move.

my Bridgeport interact 412x, 2500b controller, comes up with 'positioning error' when on in a rapid move. (M25)
and when on tool change (M06) it comes up with 'Gross Positioning Error' 'S B'
can anyone tell me what this could be?
i have recently retyped all the paramiters from 1992, could the paramiters need tweeking? if so can anyone advise which ones?
    thanks

it is possible that when you retyped the parameters you entered a value too high for the max travel rate
