"Empty File" error when opening Solidworks files.

Is anyone else getting this "empty file" error when opening a Solidworks file in ESPRIT? I had this problem 6 months ago, and it was solved by upgrading from Build# 19.0.3.1325 to Build#19.0.4.1343. Then I was able to import the SW file with the SW feature tree. Now the problem has returned, and I can no longer open a .sldprt file. I have the latest licenses, and when I try to upgrade ESPRIT 2012 to a new build, it says I already have the latest build. I've tried both SW 2011 and SW 2012 files, with no luck.

    Any solutions?
    Thank you.
