    Hmmm.... I have seen a free version of CAM for sketchup called SketchuCAM. Looks sort of promising. You could give it a shot and report back! Otherwise, I really like the VisualMILL family of plugins. AlibreCAM, RhinoCAM etc... Not even close to free, but reliable for generating good code. They have a FreeMILL version you could check out as well. It looks a lot better now than when I demoed it like 5 years ago.
