Higher speed extruder-printer and EMC2 (up to 35000mm/min)

    HI !
This is my new project about Hiratata base robot conversion.
Dimensions of the printable object (500x500x250mm)
    Manipulator speed-up to 35000m/min
    Step size-12 micrometer
Program (EMC2 with extruder temp. PID controller)

    Small video (part 1)

Hmmmm... Just from the sound it makes when changing direction, you may have some play in the mechanical somewhere. Or your acceleration rate is way too high.

you are correct...the x-axis stepper driver do not work-PWM regulator is damaged (brand new and quality checked Wantai driver)...it makes terrible sound in super slow speed (this is not mid-range resonance)
    no mechanical play (DOUBLECHECKED)
right now I'm working with it...WITH WANTAI
    thanks to comment...

here is video about this error (green signal)

Dang, that thing sounds like a washing machine!

You have a lot of moving mass
I did not see 35,000 mm moving going on in your video

    More like 1800mm?

In order to achieve really fast printing speeds the mass of the moving parts has to be really low
