Surely it's on here, but I can't find it. I am trying to delete a line on my Fadal in fanuc G code.

Possible?

I can't get any response from DEL in the prompt.

You have to type in the filename of each file you want to delete. They generally start with a capital "O", then hit the delete button.

Edit. Oops, I misread. I wrote how to delete on a Fanuc.

How about to delete a line, or portion of line (ie single command)?

on Fanuc cursor to the start of a line, press the EOB key then press the DELETE key and the line goes away.
You could also try reading your Fadal manual......
