Hello!
I have a problem on a Deckel MAHO FP4 machine....
When machine starts up (powers up a BOSCH driver) suddenly main fuses jumps down and machine gets a power cutoff.
I'm sure that regulator is problem because i wired fuses before regulator (which doesn't exist there normally) and when power cutoff (short circuit) comes up two of three fuses get activated.
Now, it would be easy problem if regulators were problem indeed...
I realized that short circuit comes up only if spindle drive is connected via bus bars...otherwise not even if all of the other axes with 4th axis also remains connected. So i connected other spindle drive (with other power supply also) from working machine and the same problem comes up. I thought that PLC sends wrong voltage to drivers input, but that's not the case as i disconnected all cables that are connected to spindle drive (except power supply) and problem remains.
Just one thing that i can think off which couls cause this problem is that power switches got bad contacts and can't deliver high current to the driver.
Anyone has other idea?

You can have problem with GRAETZ and capacitor on main power for servo motors, or transistors on some servo unit.
first check for short connections at diodes and capacitor, after that, you can disconnect PCB-s for servo motors ( two boards for axe, from left to right for x,y,z,4 )

Ej bok, vidim da si iz okolice pa možemo i ovako komunicirati.

Problem je u tome što osigurači padnu samo kad spojim jedinicu vretena na DC sabirnicu, ali čak ni tada osigurači ne padnu ako stroj nije upaljen tj. regulatori svih osi preuzmu kontrolu nad motorima.
Dakle, ako ne palim cijeli stroj nego spojim kompletan regulator na trofazni napon preko žica sve je ok i osigurači ne padaju, a to znači da graetz i filter kondenzatori dobiju pun napon (mjerio sam).
Isto tako ako palim stroj normalno a sa DC sabirnice izostavim samo regulator vretena stroj će se kratkotrajno upaliti i onda ugasiti zato jer mu dozvole prolaze i kroz jedinicu vretena, ali se ne gasi tako da izbiju svi glavni osigurači nego samo kaže na monitoru da nema dozvole za gibanje i tako mogu paliti koliko hoću puta.
Možda i je problem u kondenzatorima tek onda kad se povuče snaga iz njih, trebao bi probati sve spojiti bez njih pa ću onda vidjeti!
