I have not had a problem with the PC crashing and am very happy with the Patriot's performance. The PC I use came with the machine and is dedicated to just running Mach3. I don't go on the web nor do I send any emails from it. Did you try reinstalling Mach3 including the reboot?

Can you be more specific on the type of crash you are getting?
Could be PC or software related.

I was speaking to JT the other day and he told me about this customer- apparently the guy is not using the original Shopmaster computer supplied with the machine and is trying to use a Tormach version of the Mach 3 license.
