Hi Guys,

I have a scratch built Router table that measures 8'x4', with a work area of about 7'x3' and have made yet another upgrade to my drive system. I am in the process of calibrating all 3 Axis. X and Z seem to be fine and with my dial indicator I am able to move back and forth 1" and come right back to where it started each time down to .0001". My X-Axis which is about 36" of travel I have tested at 30" and its dead on. However on the Y Axis, which is my long (84") direction when I move 1" back and forth its perfect. If I move 60" I end up measuring 60.375". If I calibrate so that 60"=60" then my 1" is less then it should be. without getting into the nuts and bolts of my machine is there something I might be missing in my settings that could cause this? If needed I can give more detail, but I'm hoping that someone has seen this behavior before. I am using Mach3's calibration utility then editing the value to get it as close to .0000" of variation as I can get.

Thanks,
