can any one let me me know how to set X0 , Y0 & Z0 after homing the machine . i am new user so if some one can give me step by step process to start the machine

hi,which point is work origin ? left up,left down,right up or right down ?
how big is the work ? and how big is the material size? please make sure the material is big and thick enough for the work.
and please make sure the tool is suitable for the material.
usually the work origin is in the left down coner,you can press X+, OR X- , Y+ or Y- to move the spindle to the material,then press Z- and move the tool touch the material surface,please let the spindle come down slowly,because if it comes too fast ,you may break the tool. after that press X Y-0,Z-0 and press Start.
before processing,i suggest you to make a simulation first to find if there is anything with the working file.
