I purchased IGAk's NM 200 V2 and decided to extend the front tray / door assembly by three inches to be able to take advantage of Novakons 16 inch Y axis movement.
Hear are a few pictures of the project.
First is the1/8 by 1.5 inch flat steel I used to move the front tray. The notch is to clear the factory welds of the support bars
Here are the left and right side panels that run from the pan angle supports to the extended front assembly. Note the notch cut in the pan support bracket to allow full 16 inch travel.
Pictures of the filler panels to keep the coolant from getting on my shop floor and shoes.
The completed project and the machine with my rendition of IGAK'S enclosure built and installed.
Now all I have to do is learn cad, cam, Mach 3 and Corel draw and I will be good to go,
Oh and how to turn it on lol
