i have x100 slots that are 0.3125" wide. How do i program in camworks a 5/16" EM that ramps in back and forth to open these up in shot?????

I usually lie to CAWWorks. Tell it that the tool is .312 instead of .3125. Or use a .25 diameter tool. Or another method is to make a sketch line down the center of the slots, use it to make an Open Profile and zigzag to depth (if needed). CNC comp off, no lead in, tool path center no compensation.
The last way is quick but can leave tool marks due to deflection.
