Power Draw bar won't clamp tool from ATC

    Hello all,

I was going thru a setup with my PCNC 1100 today, I initiated a tool change for storage. When the ATC loaded the tool to the spindle the power draw bar didn't clamp it. I tried it again with the next tool in line and the same thing happened. I did a test in the ATC setup screen and found that when I press the draw bar up button nothing happens. When I press the down button it works. I can work the draw bar with the button and foot peddle. This a new machine and I just got it setup so I think possibly a bad sensor? I just ran a practice part the other night and all went well including tool changes. Any ideas?

Check all of your wiring. I had the same problem at first and I mis-wired something.

Also, check all your fuses and the mounting of the daughterboard.

Also, call Tormach. They will help you thru it.
