would this stepper motor be ok with the driver board?

Short answer----no.

The motor current rating is 4.2 amp which exceeds the realistic 3A the TB6560 can do. Also, the inductance f the motor means that it wants to about 60V which also exceeds what the TB6560 can do. The formula for determining voltage is V=32*sqrt(inductance) .

If you want to use that motor, the TB6600 driver would be a better choice.
