Buy no, but I designed this the other day, just need some magnets to finish it off.

Seems to work great so far.

WOW! That's amazing! Looks so professional.
Do you have the details if how you built it? What material did you use? How difficult was it?

I'm interested in where you got the brush material and how you fastened.

Calldrop. The Red seems to be 3d printed ABS plastic. The clear is acrylic. Looks fairly simple if you have a 3d printer or know someone that does! Im sure a few of us wouldn't mind printing them out for you if you have a design or zeeflyboy would be kind enough to share his.

I could design and print one if you are in the US.

Thanks Stevos758 for the info I'm unfortunately not in the US I live in Dubai (pretty far away) ... but I do have access to a 3D printer

If "someone" could share the design files, that would be amazing + much appreciated

    ...

on a different note, does anyone have the script to control the Z axis Auto Tool Zero - I tried to used some generic scripts I found on other forums, but with no luck? That will be so good if I could get it.

    thank you.

Exactly, red parts are 3D printed ABS, clear is just acrylic I did on the CNC.

I'll be happy to share my design, though of course it's designed to fit my specific shop vac nozzle. I'm travelling today but will post a link later or in the next couple of days.

I'll also post where I bought that brush at the same time because I can't remember off hand. It has a rubber strip which actually works fine just as a push fit, you could easily add some glue to help hold it in place if you wanted.

I'll work on something and get back to you.

I do have a working auto zero script I found online. Attached autozero script. Just edit button scripts and open it in the editor.

BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR ZERO BLOCK HEIGHT! zoffset at the top.

No problem! It changed my life when I got that script set up! It's nice! Saves time and guess work if you don't have the proper tools.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

It worked perfectly! This is so much better than spending almost an hour trying to figure out Z0 every time I change the drill bit.

    Thank you Stevos758

    Hey all,

I am wondering about a maintenance of the machine.

What do you do and how often?

Lubrication comes to mind, but I am not sure how to do it and how often. Does anybody have better idea?

So guys, sorry for the delay but here's all the files and instructions you need, link to the brush section is also in the instructions.

Thanks a lot zeeflyboy, I'll print it out (might resize the vac nozzle though).
This is going to really reduce all the dust coming off my cuts

    Thanks again !!

Can anyone recommend a stiffer line for the spindle coolant? My lines are flexing and almost pinched off in some spots.
