Hello all,
After several trials I did suceed with small parts:
thumbs up
Nice!
At 2:37, I noticed the gap between the part and your machine table changed while milling.
Did this variation affected in any way your part?
Excellent observation rafael. Indeed I had a fixture device improperly secure. I fixed it before profiling that's did not affect parts !
Thanks for comments.
veryGOOD

Thanks all,
Here it is an other video with a very small groove machine:
Looking pretty good.
It is difficult for any machine to mill that type of slot without coolant.

You point it LeeWay.
Thanks to you I know the good word for this operation slot not groove I placed everywhere
I was afraid to break the mill so at the beginning I was very conservative. But hopefully, air blast nose helps to cool the small mill and I was able to increase cutting parameters. During the milling operation I was able to notice how sensitive the air cooling position could be ! Indeed, milling sound change from a good one to the one you know it is not good ! :bat:
I would forgot, I uploaded the next episode of this one with an other interesting milling op
