I am looking to purchase a 4th axis drive and cables needed to install it in my 2012 VF3 or 2006 VF2.. A friend will let me borrow his 4th axis HRT210 to run an occasional job, but since I have 200 hours of trial on the 4th axis option on both machines, I see no need to buy Haas part number 93-1221B which includes the drive, cable, and permanent unlock code.. I've called Haas in Oxnard, and the guy I talked to in parts says that they dont sell the drive and install kit (cables) without the machine unlock code? Whats the use of the 200 hour trial if I cant use it? Seems a bit odd to me..

Perhaps someone here knows what I need? My machines are not pre-wired for the 4th axis, no connectors on side of cabinets..
