    Question Hirth Coupling Source?

Looking for a source of Hirth couplings in Canada, I have only found one, Voith of Germany.
Anyone have an idea what the average cost is? 120mm dia?

Thanks larry, I found that Voith have offices in Canada, so I may find success there.

    Dear AI,

I see you already contacted Voith. In case you need another source, you have a very good choice in Tedisa (Tedisa | High precision Hirth couplings), as Larry says. Even if they have no office in Canada, you can contact them directly without problem.
If you still need an office, they have one in the USA (50 mm to 1500 mm).

Voith acknowledged my email but never did get back to me.
I will keep this on file in case I need another in the future.

I recognise this is a year (or more) old thread but I wondered if you did get some contacts. This is probably the closest source of Hirth couplings: TAC Rockford

I started looking for information about Hirth couplings a while ago because I was planning on using them for a new product line I had in mind. They are quite fascinating and not that difficult to make if you are only worried about +/-0.001" tolerances. But they are a bit tedious to program by hand.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.

I will make a note of the one posted.
    Thanks.
