    Robodrill T10-B (drawbar spring Question)

    Hello,
Have a Robodrill that had no drawbar tension. Bellville washers were almost all busted up. Ordered new washer set, pre-stacked and put drawbar and washers back in machine after lubing. I did not pull spindle. As it sits now I can't start the threads of the nut onto the draw bar do to the tension. Part # for Bellville washers= A97L-0200-0805. My concern is that this is not the right part set and there are too many washers. This machine is a 1995 and has an 8K Rpm spindle.

Is this the right part number for this machine?

what is the exact count of washers its supposed to have?

What is the specified tool clamp force supposed to be?

I have found in a misprint in the T10 manual. It specifies 1.4kgf when its suposed to say 1.4kn killo-newtons, in pound conversion that is appoximently 314Lbf. The spring set is in the machine now and my clamp force guage reads 225Lbf. This could be due to the low range accuracy of the gauge since it has a 5K range.
