    Centurion VI

We have a Miltronics MB20 with a Centurion VI control, is there any way to expand the tool library to more than 99 tools?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There isn't any way that I am aware of. You could reserve a tool number, say tool 99, and then manually load the parameter values after each "tool change" but you would need to be very careful to get the correct offset values loaded so you don't crash.

use tool 0 and now you have 100 tools. In 15 years of field service, I have never had anyone ask to have more then 100 tools. WHAT are you making??? The ones that do need to have the entire shops tools loaded have a Makino with a 250 pocket tool changer system.
