    Mazak T1 ballscrew

    Please help/ suggest

    I have a mazak T1

    When I tried to home the z axis the ballscrew came out from the nut

    What can I do

    I think you can check the followings to solve your problem. I think their is a problem spacer in your ball screw assembly.

    Various Bearring Arrangments Of Ball Screws And Their Application.

    Couplings Used For Transmission Of Motion From Servo Motor To Ball Screw

    Ball Screw In CNC Machine.

    Horizontal Axis Movement Is Stucked Up And The Alarm Is Y axis Over-Travel.What Can Be The Probable Cause And The Solution.

    You mean the nut stripped off the ballscrew shaft? Time for a new screw, once they get that bad, no rebuilding them. I've only ever seen 1 other machine do that.
