Hi CNCZON! New here and wanted to see if you guys could help me with problems Im having with this machine.(this is my first machine by the way). got it all hooked up. Powered all good. Everything seemed okay. spindle turned on but when tried to up rpm it started to stutter. after a little while I got a number 10 and 28 alarms (c-axis). now spindle won't work. spun spindle freely by hand so I know that it's not locked up. been told that is possibly he encoder. also I spun the spindle by hand and sometimes the encoder reads and sometimes it doesn't. checked wiring all good. If anyone has had any of these issues I would really really appreciate some advise on this. Loosing my mind in Philadelphia...lol

P.s. If anyone know a good repairman for fadal in the Philadelphia area I would really appreciate it.. Thankx CNCZONE...:wave:

Check the Encoder data and The Encoder is reading in positive and negative Direction both or not ? than confirm
